The four phases

We will ask you to validate the shape of the process, then go deeper on the one or two phases you know best.

Plan the approach
Set up the project context, the Safety in Design approach and the first risk picture.

Develop a safe design
Design it, challenge it, refine it, until risks are eliminated or minimised.

Validate pre-completion
Check the agreed controls were actually built, then resolve or hand over what remains.

Review and learn
See how the completed asset performs and feed the lessons forward.
